In order to proceed with this application you must have already been through stage one of the process which is includes selecting a block of how much Qi Coin you would like to borrow and then making a Qi 208.33 (£75) initial payment. Once you have completed this first stage of your Qi Coin ILO (Initial Loan Offering) Loan application you can follow the steps here in order to complete your loan application. If you have not yet completed this stage then CLICK HERE to start. Note that you will have to satisfy our KYC, AML and CFT checks. This will all be verified electronically. The whole loan process will be executed digitally with even the loan documents being signed electronically.
Once your initial payment of Qi 208.33 (£75) has been approved you can complete this stage. Note that if for any reason we do not approve your loan, this payment will be fully refunded to you. The next steps are then to:
Note: If you have selected the interest only option then at the end of the loan term the principal amount you borrowed will still be owed. You will still have to repay this amount in order to gain full ownership and control of the Qi Coin® cryptocurrency wallet. We will give you the option of fully repaying the loan or refinancing the loan to extend the loan term further. We may charge an admin fee to facilitate this extension and this fee would be no more than QIC 208.33 or GBP 75.
No additional collateral will be required up to our maximum lending.

2) Ensure that you provide the public address of the cryptocurrency wallet which is holding your Qi Coin. This is to show that you are eligible to take part in this Initial Loan Offering by evidencing that you are holding the minimum required amount of Qi Coin.
3) Loans are only available to UK Limited Companies. Have your company name, registration number and registered office address ready.
Once we receive the completed application form we will email or text message you a link with instructions on how to satisfy our KYC (Know Your Customer), AML (Anti Money Laundering) and CFT (Countering the Financing of Terrorism) checks.
Once you complete the application form below, we will process this form and email you the loan documents for you to sign. This will all be done in a paperless way and the documents can be signed with an electronic signature.
When we receive the signed loan documents and when our KYC, AML and CFT checks have been satisfied we will then allocate a Cryptocurrency wallet to the Company that is applying for the loan.
We will then credit the allocated wallet with the funds and provide you with the public address so that you can confirm that the funds have been credited to that address. You will also be able to check the contents of the wallet at any time during the term of your loan.
When the loan including any interest has been repaid in full we will then confirm this with you by email and provide you with the private keys to the Cryptocurrency wallet or deposit the contents into a wallet of your choosing. You will then be free to move the funds to anywhere you would like and do as you wish with them.
